It arrived on time and I was advised every step of the way. From when it was being prepared to picked up to on the way from the store to my house. The bagels were so fresh and delicious. I love to eat a fresh bagel not toasted nice and soft as soon as I get them home.
Here is the reason for 4 stars and not 5 stars.
The bagels were packaged right into the paper bag as shown by my photos.
It was very difficult to open the bag that was stapled shut almost to the top. I took the bagels out of the paper bag and immediately placed them into 2 freezer bags which should have been provided as is with other good bagel shops.
If just judged and reviewed on the bagels themselves, a 5 all the way. Price, flavor and freshness along with selection is fantstic. Certainly well worth a try. "

"I ordered the 3 Finger Combo because I really wanted some chicken tenders. And the tenders themselves were very tender and wonderfully crispy! On it's own, it's closer to 4 stars.
The problem was everything else. The fries were unseasoned, soggy, and seemingly not cooked. The bread just didn't do it for me, probably got a little soggy on the trip back. But even the large Hi-C tasted very watered down!
In short, the chicken was fresh. The fries were the soggiest I've ever seen. I would not order it again, though I would consider ordering just the chicken again. The breading was really nice."

There was only one very small thinly sliced piece of pastrami and only half a slice of cheese that didn't cover the whole sandwich. There was no option to customize the condiments and it was absolutely the worst pastrami sandwich that I've ever had in my life. It was far from "Gourmet" and I would not recommend this place to anyone. For $15 this felt like a total rip off as the sandwich was mostly just two pieces of bread with some mustard on it."
