"Let's start with the good. The ribs were decent. A little over priced but I can see a surcharge on a late night Thursday evening. Garden salad was 90% iceburg lettuce, 2 cherry tomatoes a couple of olives and 4 pepperoncinis . Could have been good with some more fixing. For $17 I was expecting a little more. Plus the bag was leaking dressing all over my driveway probably not the restaurants fault but not a didn't help the cause. Finally the $8 side of curly fries. Didn't even receive that.
I know times are tight but if you guys want to make it in the post pandemic environment I would advise you to step up your quality or drop your price. "I like my chicken thinner more like a filet, and their chicken is massive and thick. I would like it better if it were massive and thin.
The hot is borderline too hot for me, and the medium is not hot enough. My mother can barely handle the hot. For me, the heat dies down after about 15 minutes.
When I had the medium it was missing flavor, but the hot flavor is perfection and well seasoned. Depending on the kitchen you might get a lot of powder on the food and you might not.
