The portion of açaí was minimal, and what little there was had ice crystals throughout, making it hard and icy instead of smooth and creamy. I also paid extra for Nutella drizzle, which was completely missing.

When I pressed, they searched my order and found it, took my number and told me a Manager will call. Someone called me and offered me full credit. He asked me to report through the app, which I did and got a partial credit for the difference between what I ordered and what they sent. He blamed it on the 'new chef' .
The food was really poor quality! The shrimps were all burnt. I ordered a mango smoothie, what they sent has no semblance with the picture on the menu (see picture). It tasted like slushy than a smoothie.
Bottom line, really bad food!!"

"It's sad to give this restaurant such a low rating as we have eaten so many times over the years, I even proposed to my wife after dinner here. But when you order a Baked Chicken which is advertised as a half chicken, you expect at least half a chicken. The chicken was missing the wing and the leg and appeared to have been processed down to having no bones as well, this definitely hurt the flavor the predominant flavor was salt BTW. My wife order the Seafood Medley which is advertised as being made with balsamic and onion, instead it came with a tomato and caper sauce which while not bad, was not what was ordered. Additionally, the shrimp were severely overcooked and the calamari was as well. Credit where it is due tho, the octopus was still perfectly cooked. Again we love this restaurant and plan to continue ordering, at least for the time being. We can only hope whatever corner cutting is happening due to the economic issues will subside.
