Their pickled ginger has a mild taste with a tender texture. I had to stop myself before I ate all 6 of the Gyoza at once. They were savory, and fried ideally, crispy, but not crunchy. The dipping sauce is a bit sweet. Along with the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl , and sweet sticky rice in the 2 Tiger roll I was craving another savory menu item or two for a balanced pallette. The only problem I found with my order? Chicken Teriyaki Bowl , while tasty and cooked right, needed twice the provided sauce.
