"The satay with 4 BIG skewers with a generous amount of peanutsauce was perfect! Pulled easily off the stick. Tender chicken breast, well cooked and piping hot. I loved the raw waffle cut cucumbers in light vinegar with a hint of sweetness, ate the whole cup!
The asparagus prawns were of good size, not fishy, also well cooked but not chewy. Remember to pull the tails off LOL . The aparagus and the vegetables were slightly crisp, no mushiness. "Ordered from this place multiple times in a week when I discovered this place 😭 I don't usually ever see a crispy pork bánh mì so I wanted to try it here. I have to mention everything I noticed because I've had bánh mì that misses in these departments: The bread is soft inside and lightly toasted, so it's not tough to bite into or cut the inside of your mouth. The pork belly is ALWAYS crunchy. Jalapeños are cut lengthwise for even spice distribution. They have ALL the condiments... they do not skimp - the soy garlic sauce compliments the pork, and they slathered on that pâté like they're making it for their own family. They also put in mayo as a nice balance to the salty-sour. A lot of places only give you 1-2 out of 3 condiments. The carrots are actually pickled - I've had non pickled before and it just doesn't hit. The veggie-meat balance is perfect. I've had my share of bánh mì, and I can tell you they KNOW bánh mì. It's worth it and the best bánh mí I've had in my 30 years alive🤭"
