"This review doesn't negatively affect the food quality. I have 2 suggestions rather than a bad review. The food was delivered in several plastic bags and one paper bag high made it hard for the delivery driver to keep everything together and secured. In the future, less is more when it comes to packaging. One of the sauces spilled because of how many bags he was trying to juggle. Lastly this might be a change that can be made on DoorDash ordering system. For the soda cans, it shows you a coke but doesn't give you an option to choose so it seems like the store chooses for you. I got some inks colas which isn't the worst but just not what I was expecting. Maybe adding the ability for choosing flavors would help. Food was fantastic as per usual."

The Empanadas regular were filled to the brim with flavorful ground beef while the Empanadas Colombianas / Colombian Empanadas stole the spotlight as they were still crunchy and the filling of potato and slow cooked beef was to die for and great mix of textures and flavor. Truly Wish I ordered more of those ones! And if you're a portion "size" queen/king.... then you better order the Pernil con Arroz / Pork & Rice because that was one hefty order. The slow cooked pork pulled apart effortlessly while the rice was bouncy and soaked up all the juice from the beans perfectly. The Tacos Al Pastor had great taste with the pineapple not being too overwhelming and the marinated pork still having its moment. Only thing I would have preferred is corn tortillas but the flour ones given had a good char on them which added to the flavor. The overall experience was made worse by poor communication. When I called the listed number, there was no introduction of the business, and I had to say hello multiple times before getting a response.
On top of that, the order had to be reassigned after a driver left without the food, which added to the confusion and delay. While that may not be entirely on the restaurant, it reflects a lack of coordination.
Even small details were disappointing—the utensils provided were extremely small and impractical.
