• 1/22/25I ordered a make your own greens and grains bowl. The broccoli is tasty and spicy. Everything is seasoned well without being overly salty.
Tried the falafel for the first time and it's the best I've had! So yummy.

• 2/28/23High quality food but inconsistent portion sizes. Received about 2/3rds the normal quantity of ingredients my past few orders (less than a teaspoon each of hummus and eggplant!). Bowl definitely not worth the $16+ fees.

• 10/22/26I had the Greens + Grains Bowl with steak and chicken. The steak was over cooked to the point where it felt like I was eating cardboard. The chicken was oddly melting in my mouth with every bite and not the good kind of melting; the appearance was similar to pet food. On top of that Cava added pita strips in my bowel which was not requested. Not entirely upset about that part. Overall I did not enjoy this bowl and will more than likely not purchase again. Quality has declined tremendously compared to the last time I've eaten there.

• 7/19/24I love how I was able to call the restaurant and request my sauce on the side , it was perfect & everything was so fresh . Balanced protein as well , every single bite had chicken .
