• 10/25/25I assume if the cappuccino machine was working, i would of actually got what I paid for. however, staff needs to be educated on the proper procedures of telling the customers what is wrong and how to edit an order so that your not left payin for something you didnt get. timbits were fresh however. ad my daughters tea was pleasant.

• 7/17/25They phoned me tell me they were out of an ingredient for my sandwich and offered me alternatives. I really appreciated that customer service. My sandwich was still tasty. Thank you
