• 9/2/26Unlike many restaurants, Chef Chu's is as good if not better than I remember as a child. Chef Chu's Famous Chicken Salad / 手撕雞 is one of those dishes that has remained iconic for years. The menu is full of plates that will satisfy someone looking for some delicious Chinese cuisine

• 7/4/26Very disappointed! The Snow White Chicken / 生炒雞片 was like chewing rubber! there were only 5 mushrooms and 6 snow peas! Plus they charge for delivery in addition to Door dash!
I won't be back, they have gone down hill since the pandemic!

• 5/27/26I love the Chef Chu's Famous Chicken Salad / 手撕雞 and Hot & Hot and Sour Soup / 酸辣湯 so it is tough for me to try other dishes. These two are the best I have had and consistently delicious. I have thoroughly enjoyed their Mongolian Beef, Almond Chicken, Basil garlic Chicken, Braised Triple Mishroom dishes as well. Everything is fresh, hot, and delectable.

• 6/2/26They FOLLOWED Instructions! All dressing and condiments on the aide as requested. Hurrah. Pot Stickers (6) / 鍋貼 are among the best we've had. Chef Chu's Famous Chicken Salad / 手撕雞 was excellent. Large was too much, so we'll get the small salad next time.

• 10/26/25The beef and vegetables were good, just like the usual Chef Chu quality. The tea smoked duck was disappointing though. The skin was soggy and very dry at the same time, with bitter dried edges that made it taste like it wasn’t fresh and had been reheated.
Also, Chef Chu doesn’t participate in DashPass. I didn’t realize this and ended up paying around $6 for delivery and over $10 in fees. After tax and tip, about one-third of my $55 order went to extra charges. DoorDash should make it clearer when a restaurant isn’t part of DashPass so members don’t get caught by surprise.
