• 3/23/25The lamb is juicy and I loved the Grilled Naan 烤馕 which was soft and seasoned well. The lamb was portioned a little smaller for the price though.

• 8/1/26Braised Lamb Rib Pilaf 新西兰羊排手抓饭: Really good! The rice was cooked perfectly dry and distinct, not soggy at all. The lamb had a great lean-to-fat ratio and was super flavorful.
Golden Crispy Roasted Lamb Rib 黄金脆片烤羊排: Just as delicious as dining in the restaurant. Perfect fat ratio, very savory, and absolutely zero gamey smell.
Baklava 巴克拉瓦酥皮坚果蛋糕 : Tastes exactly like what you get at the restaurant. Thin, flaky layers, fragrant, and nice bite-sized pieces so you don't feel overly stuffed or sugar-overloaded.
Homemade Amine Yogurt 维吾尔妈妈手工酸奶: Pretty average. Tastes pretty much like standard store-bought yogurt, nothing special.
Grilled Garlic Naan Bread 蒜香烤馕饼: A bit disappointing. It lacked that fresh, chewy texture and felt like pre-packaged, store-bought naan.

• 3/2/25The Uygher special milk tea tasted like baby formula. The taste was not bad, but im more upset by the amount that was given. The small cup was not filled to the top, though i am unsure if that is due to the dasher or the kitchen. Either way, i personally think that i is not worth $7.44.

• 9/9/25I dined in last week at Kusan Bazzar and the homemade amine yogurt was good with decent portion. So I ordered pickup again this time. But see how small the portion is! It's only 1/3 of the small to-go bowl which can barely cover the bottom of the bowl. Totally a waste of money. See picture comparing with a milk tea cup. It shouldn't have fooled customer like this just because it's a pickup item. Will never come back again.
