Today I ordered an encebollado, and to my surprise, it arrived without onions, without lemon, and with only two or three plantain chips. Honestly, I’m very disappointed with the quality of my order. An encebollado without these basic ingredients is simply not what anyone expects.
So far, this has been one of the worst encebollados I’ve ever had. I hope you pay more attention to the orders you send out in the future because mistakes like this really affect the customer’s experience. Hug
