The Blaze is absolutely amazing and warm and has just a hint of spice, nothing overpowering. The broth comes apart from the rest of the dish so the noodles don't arrive soggy, and you get to add it in yourself! The Chicken Karaage Bowl is the perfect mix of flavors and isn't "fried greasy" at all. Definitely recommend these items.

Best Plain Ramen I've ever had! The broth comes separate so it's fresh when you put it toge,ther in the BIG BOWL. Next time I will add spice but for my first try I was very pleased and impressed and I rarely leave reviews. 10/10 definitely would recommend. I ate the entire thing and I never finish a plate. This IS WHAT YOU WANT TONITE!! Grab a bite. PS. I forgot I ordered Gyoza I ate it so fast.

The broth is delicious and very spicy!! The noodles are perfect and give more than enough broth for the noodles. And also the chicken pieces were big, thick cut, not dry or overcooked!! Very satisfied

Chicken Karaagee bowl was amazing. Great mix between sweet, spicy and savory. Small bow is plenty for a light lunch or dinner! I also ordered the gyoza, man I love that the dumpling is fully fried rather just one side then steamed like a lot of Chinese places do. This place is very worth while. Although I'm not a huge fan of their ramen/soups

the Garlic Truffle ramen was amazing! it's very flavorful and the portion of food was quite decent. if you live further away just note that the noodles come separate from the soup, so the soup may not be as hot resulting in the noodles staying a tad stiff. overall i would definitely order again!
