Ethiopic continuously proves why it is an elite spot for Ethiopian cuisine. Having ordered from here repeatedly, the quality is remarkably consistent, but this order of Awaze Tibs was an absolute standout.
The meat was tender, perfectly seared, and rich with deep, aromatic awaze spice that delivers just the right kick. Paired with fresh injera and flavorful sides, every bite was incredible. From flavor complexity to takeaway execution, Ethiopic delivers absolute perfection every single time.

Mostly injera, very little meat for the amount paid in total for everything. Also, the flavor of the meat was bland and the lamb was very tough. Not happy.

Awaze Tibs and Shimbra Asa Wot were spicy but not too spicy. I preferred the first over the latter but both were great. Injera great, too.

I love the Vegetarian Sampler For On! Definitely enough to share or devour on your own. My favorite is miser wot, it tasted so good and fresh. I would definitely order again when im backin the city.

Ethiopic Signature Tibs were the best flavor I've ever had on tibs. Tender and juicy. Truly succulent. Extra regular injera on point as well
