The Tekil Gomen and Shiro Wat are two of my favorites but their version of Kayser -- the rich, mineral-laden beet dish, was incredible. Just delicious. It was served on injera, as it would be in a restaurant, with several more rounds of the flat bread folded over the top to soak up any sauce that spilled over in transit. Ed I definitely did not need the extra side of injera I ordered. This meal would have fed 2-3 hungry people. There is a smaller sampler for one but I wanted to taste everything. So glad I did. Will definitely order again!! "
