First time ordering Brasa and it definitely won't be my last. Two pieces of delicious rotisserie chicken, collared greens, red beans and rice, mac n cheese and cornbread were all outstanding. And the green sauce?!? Not sure what is in there, but I could drink that like a milkshake. Thanks for a great meal, delivered to my home while I'm laid up with back pain.

Brass is always top notch. The taste and the flavors are so fresh! Great portions, Whole Rotisserie Chicken with the homemade green sauce is amazing. All the sides were perfect and would order again and again.

The chicken was phenomenal! Started off with a red flag because they didn't put any utensils in the bag. The portions were perfect but the red beans and rice could use lots of help, little to no flavor but if you add green sauce it makes it better. I typically don't like cornbread but theirs was really good, it wasn't sweet at all super savory and buttery. I would definitely get this again just a different side.

Alonso's Habanero Sauce Habanero Sauce is so delicious! Don't let the habanero scare you. It has the right amount of kick and very flavorful! Rotisserie Chicken Plate is always good! Full Collard Greens Collard Greens are the best ive had in the Twin Cities (im a southern girl and know about good collards), very well seasoned. Sweet Corn-Cornbread is our family fav. You wont be disappointed with Brasa!

This place is phenomenal. There wasn't a single bite of my dinner that I didn't enjoy. The Half Crispy Yuca w/Citrus Mojo was perfection and the Arroz con Pollo Bowl is binge worthy. No, really. Amazing.
