Both sandwiches were made as requested, and wrapped nicely! Also I love that they put the shmear on the bagel for me!

My whole Energy Spritz was basically ice. I asked for lighter ice when I picked up and my request was barely honored. Additionally my NEW! Hot Honey Nova Lox bagel was made real sloppy. The lox only covered part of the sandwich and the employees did a lazy job. Cucumbers and lox was distributed completely unevenly. Im very unhappy with the fact I spent money to eat out and receive a mediocre serving of the food I enjoy.

Paid for bagel with separate smear $6.19. They sent me cold bagel with smear that's $3. I was planning on toasting it later. My egg bagel was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. The bagel was hard. Wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

A serious case of expectation vs reality. Menu description and images compared to what you'll actually get is sad. Looks like a thawed out frozen sandwich with microwaved bacon.

I have ordered from Einstein before and I'm usually not disappointed, but this time I was let down when I had ordered my coffee my DoorDash had told me and sent me a photo of what they served and when I got it, I could not believe it. I love your food and I love your coffee, but you need to do better than this and make sure that when you serve your coffee in your cup that it's filled to the top.
