First time customer. We had chicken K06. Hunan Style Fried Noodles / 湘式素炒面 . It was just spicy enough, the chicken was tender, and it was loaded with bean sprouts. G01. Pea Sprouts with Chopped Garlic / 蒜蓉大豆苗 was good. H04. Mongolian Beef / 蒙古牛肉 was just spicy enough for my husband. Even theK11. Steam White Rice / 稻香白米饭 was top quality. We will be back!!

Their D12. Hunan Style Sautéed Beef / 小炒黄牛肉 ALWAYS hits the spot. It's always super spicy and flavored just right to eat with white rice. Never never never disappoints. Their E07 Griddle Cooked Pork Intestine/ 干锅肥肠 is crispy fatty and so delicious. Don't sleep on these two dishes. You don't know what you're missing if you haven't tried these.

G04. Eggplant with String Beans / 豆角炒茄子 and K06. Hunan Style Fried Noodles / 湘式素炒面 were swimming in oil and inedible. Both dishes used to be good and flavorful but now they have no taste and the containers were halfway full of oil when received. Very disappointed in the bad food quality from Wojia.

The Laotan Boiled Flounder Fillets was really good. The spice level (very spicy) was perfect. It warms my stomach. I love the combination of sourness and savory in the soup, with a little (tenny-tiny) hint of bitterness , probably from the peppercorn, overall just my favorite. I paired the fish soup with Pea Sprouts with Chopped Garlic, and it was the perfect combo. The sauteed pea sprouts were delicious. 10/10 I recommend this dish.

mixed veggie fried rice is very flavorful, Mongolian beef is super tender, and the pea sprouts (my first time eating them) were delicious-- nice and light, crisp, not bitter in the slightest, in a really nice sauce.
