they do an amazing job with lettuce wrapping burgers here :) and everything is very fresh and crispy. always so well done! thank you.

I always get this order and it's usually great. this time it was clear the patty had been sitting around for hours. it was like a hockey puck. dark and dry and small. not fresh in any way, which was disappointing:( I'll still try again but please don't use old garbage patties. I had to throw it away and have to order something else to eat now. sucks wasting money and everyone's time.

Why can't I choose diet root beer with my combo? Only diabetic drink on the list is Diet Coke. Also please do a better job of wrapping burgers for delivery. Every time I try to get it out of the bag it falls apart. Today the whole burger veggies included fell out of the bun.

The burger bun was cold. The meat was like cardboard. The onion rings were thing and the batter fell off. Super greasy.

Was hot and fresh! Great job on both the staff following food safety as many places don't and it's easy to tell a fresh burger to ones that sit in a warmer! The poutine was also hot! We both enjoyed the meal! Thank you!
