Wow. It's been a little while since I had this, but I think we'll be coming back more often. The last time I went to pick up French Dip sammiches, I was prob maybe 1 minute or tow late from ehne they closed, but the dude inside was gracious enough to let me order a few sandwiches anyway. That's what a great family establishment does.
Anyhoo, Ordered on DD, not disappointed! Got the The Big Dip with extra au jus, Cole Slaw , and Potato Salad
Every. single. item was delicious, packed full of flavor and care. The Big Dip being double meat was worth the price of admission.

Adamson's French Dip was highly recommended by friend. Ordered the Prime Rib....cost more but well worth it! Split the sandwich with my wife...we are both I put 90's..... more than enough
Also ordered the cole alaw and root beer; will order both again as well.
Yesterday, discovered ADAMSON is adding a San Jose store...just "take out"......I think.

Adamson's continues to be a neighborhood treasure. The wood fired meat is delicious with sauteed onions and perfect buns. The NEW! BBQ Brisket was one of the best brisket sandwiches I've had and The Melt Dip is just as great as it's always been. Don't skip the onion rings or bread pudding either!

Tried it once before and liked it. This time it was not edible! The meat was so tough and couldn't chew. Onion rings all stuck together in a pool of oil. Fries cold. Wasn't good at all. Waste of $50+ won't order again.

The Melt with double onions is amazing, though everything is great on the menu. The beef has a delicious smoky flavor and falls apart in your mouth. The bread has a grilled cheese quality to it that brings it all together.
