"Food was tasty. The problem was that I wanted to order a side of beans to make my son something different at home. In the menu options they have the option in the sides for either beans or rice but it does not dive the option to choose which one you want nor the option to add special accommodation. My husband picked up my order and upon arriving my husband checked to make sure everything was accurate in the bag and noticed they packed a side or rice. My husband kindly asked a worker if she could switch the rice to beans since we wanted beans. She rudely said you ordered rice. My husband responded that there was only a option for both on the menu and we could not write it in either. The lady went back and switched it but when he got home I opened the bag and looked at my waste of money, a tiny container barely half way full of refried beans (cost $4). I'm not sure if the lady purposely filled it half way because she was bothered by the switch or what but I don't think this was fair."

They also threw in some tostadas and chips with green and red salsas. Might I also mention I still have food left over, I appreciate their portions. This restaurant is FAR from mediocre, I enjoyed my entire meal from the beginning to the end. Also their glass bottled cokes are amazing and a grand size. The person I spoke to was just the nicest lady and was sincerely sorry she couldn't fulfill my order. After changing my Torta meat to Asada, the order came swiftly. She also made sure the payment was adjusted. I really appreciated that. First out of the gate and into the gullet was that torta. Did not disappoint. Delicious. Pupusas were next. They were still hot, like hot off the fryer, and just perfect. And big. Also got the Pozole, because I needed some hot soup for a chilly night. SO full of hominy and flavor.
