That being said, you could tell the restaurant honored my request for extra crispy CRINKLE FRIES but by the time they made it to me they were cold and mushy. And by no fault of the driver. Again, not the Dasher's fault. They actually seasoned it better than they do at the Campbell location and had it been hot I think it would have been really good. They didn't give me the extra cheese I ordered and paid for on the burger but the flavors were good enough that it wasn't missed. I added, not subbed, American cheese. They didn't give me the Cheddar cheese. They just did the American. I should have had double cheese and I not. This constantly happens with this chain though. But they followed all the other notes, which I appreciated. And unfortunately, by the time the Mint Chip shake arrived it was melty. It tasted good but o couldn't really taste the malt I had added and paid for."
