The Eureka salad I got on the side is a new favorite of mine; I'm not used to getting raw broccolini and green beans in my salads, but I'm glad someone is now properly appreciating them. The lemon vinaigrette they have complements the veggies perfectly. In addition, I'm very picky about my tomatoes, but the ones they serve in this salad are absolutely ideal, sweet and ripe and full of flavor.
