Food was delicious. The udon was flavorful and perfect fo the cold weather. We also loved the Romeo & Juliet roll which was fresh even after delivery

Tempura was soggy, rolls were ok, but appeared to be squeezed into container so they wouldn't have to use another. Girl sort of abrupt when I showed up for my order. I arrived a few minutes prior to the p/u time window. I didn't want to be rude, but she asked my name 3-4 times & 3-4 times I had to answer her. She finally found my order which was sitting on the counter tied in a plastic bag with my name on the receipt taped & handed it to me.

I'm honestly so disappointed. Rolls were made poorly and I can tell the fish wasn't that fresh.

Beef teriyaki was way over cooked, meat was dry as jerky and tasted horrible.

I don't know why the rollsare awful today. They used to be good, but the fish looks soo old and black. we ended up throwing them away.
