Last time I ordered I was disappointed with the order I received (not at all what I had ordered)
THIS TIME IT WAS PERFECTION
Exactly what/how I ordered, packaged carefully AND nothing was forgotten.

We order from here regularly. Unfortunately last time the ice cream scoops were irregular in size with some scoops so small that they were only two bites and the sundae had no whipped cream on it. We felt jipped. Maybe they had a new employee without proper training. Next time we will pick it up in person and check the order before leaving.

The reason why I'm giving the score that I am is because there is not nearly enough ice cream in the cup and hardly any carmel sauce or even bananas for it to be a Banana Royale. I am HIGHLY disappointed with this. This is the SECOND TIME that this has happened to me for what I pay for, it's not even worth it and I feel very DISRESPECTED for this! And most likely, I WILL NOT be ordering ANYTHING from this Baskin Robbin location. And why am I receiving COKE ZERO when it's listed as PEPSI ZERO?

The product was sloppy and waaaaay smaller than what you get when you go to the store. I ordered two 2 scoop Sundae's with the exact ice cream and toppings and only received on of them so I had to split it with my office mate because in spite of the $10.88 credit, to order it again and have the missing one delivered, it would have cost an additional $5.67. I should have just driven over there.
