"There is not a single time I've ordered from this location that I've received the sauces that are supposed to be included in my meal. Don't even try to modify your order. It'll be ignored. I paid for a large cherry freeze and got a medium Coke freeze that was only 2/3 filled. I paid extra for onion rings but got cold, unsalted fries. All of my food was hard, like it was prepared hours ago and left near a food lamp to dehydrate. My itty-bitty burger looked nothing like the menu description and had half the ingredients expected . The new mozarella sticks would have been okay if they had remembered the marinara sauce they specifically asked me if I wanted. How do you continuously mess up every single item in every single order?! I'm amazed this spot is still in business, in person or on Door Dash.
