Flavors are not Salvadoran and they are not as filled as one would have hoped. The curtido is terrible and is missing many ingredients and the correct taste. Overall the food lacks authenticity. The salsa isn't tomato sauce as it's suppose to be. It is more of a Mexican take on pupusas which truly misses the mark especially since they are very pricy despite it being "on sale" . "I ordered 2 shrimp tacos from the a la carte menu. The taco on the left is opened so that the ingredients are visible, and I also added the green sauce that they included. These were easily the best shrimp tacos I have ever had. Each taco contained plenty of incredibly seasoned shrimp, and just the right amount of shredded cabbage and pico de gallo. The tacos were so large that I could've ordered one and been content. I will definitely be ordering these again. "
