I was unhappy of the condition of my banana for my banana split. I had a few bites then realized the bananas were rotten. Terrible that these places can't even give you fresh fruit. Unhappy with food and service.

How can you order a Banana Split without a Banana?! Then charge the same price for just a triple scoop which is less?! At least let the customer know that you have no Bananas before "trying" to complete the order!! Drivers/Dashers are there to just pick up the order, It's your job(Baskin_Robbins) to inform customers about Out Of Stock products!! And still charge full price?! Unacceptable!!
