This is exactly the kind of meal I always wish were available in a fast food package. How had I never heard of Ben's Fast Food. My teenager had tummy trouble so I looked for 'healthy delivery near me.' He ordered the Chicken Mixed Bowl and I ordered the Chickpea and Potato Garden Bowl. Both with the lemon thyme sauce. Both were tasty and satisfying and a great value too!
The cashew pudding and green smoothie were delicious as well. A new favorite!

Got two of the Chicken Hearty Bowl and the amount of chicken was extremely small; Maybe 2oz at most. The flavors were good and things were high quality and cooked well but I wouldn't order again based on the small amount of protein.

what a great value!my Chicken Garden Bowl was packed full of delicious and fresh ingredients and my bf got the Veggie Simple Bowl and absolutely loved it. this is one place that my partner and I can eat what we want while both of us having different dietary restrictions plus the staff is SO KIND. will definitely order again
