We are from a small town in Wisconsin. The pictures of bagel sandwiches looked so delicious in the advertisement. To our surprise, they looked even better when they arrived. The taste was amazing. Portions were generous. We will look for this bagel shop again in the future.

The cookie was okay. The turkey chipotle though, that was beyond just bad. Normally, they make the turkey chipotle with a nice standard everything bagel and then the toppings. Turkey, bacon, lettuce, tomato, and a chipotle mayo sauce. This bagel that I was given however, didn't even have the lettuce. so it was just meat, tomato and sauce. If they had the option of changing the toppings, I'd understand the accident. but no, they make the same thing every time and they still somehow messed it up. In addition to that, the bagel was extremely under cooked. This made the bagel sandwich that I normally loved and enjoy eating, a disgusting pile of meat and dough.

I ordered two everything bagels with cream cheese. Both came with only the top side of the bagel... I love everything bagels but it has so much topping and so little bagel. the quality is just not what I was expecting.

My Salmon sandwich had more tomato then salmon. Big disappointment as it's a salmon sandwich not a tomato sandwich.

My bagel was stale and they must have shrank the size because it was like a mini bagel.
