Food was very good. especially the garlic parmensan sauce on the fries. However, it took forever to get. The time of delivery was changed several times and the delivery time was 45 min later than the original time estimate

Mediocre, underwhelming, moderately disappointing.
Don't get me wrong- it wasn't bad, just average at best. I ordered a classic burger and it came completely plain aside from cheese. Fries came with zero seasoning (selected salt and pepper)
Glad I ordered a combo rather than pay for the fountain drink separately seeing ad the drink came in what might be described as a kiddy cup.
What's XTC Sauce? What does it taste like? Good question, I'd like to know too (selected in the combo order and also ordered an extra side of it) i got ketchup and mustard? I asked for ketchup as well but... What? Get twice as much food from elsewhere for the same price. Sorry not sorry.

The burger was absolutely perfect!!!
the fries were dead on arrival... I would at least like to be refunded for the additional amount that I paid for the ranch seasoning 😞 since I couldn't enjoy them at all, they were just dry

This is Smokey Bones. I hate that restaurants use different names just to get more business coz a lot of people don't like them. Anyway ... the burger was small the meat had the texture of something that had been warmed up in the microwave. They gave me one tiny slice of tomato that barely covered 30% of the burger.

it was food and I still ate it. $30 bucks for wet fries and kid-sized hamburger.
