• 5/12/25Just wish they'd wipe the containers thats floating around inside the plastic bag. Also wish they'd wrap the waffle cone and not just lay it in the bag. Togo bags are way to big so when its picked up the containers are every which way in the bag and the spoons were covered in ice cream too. BUT the icecre itself hits the spot lol

• 9/5/25This was the jankiest coldstone I've ever ordered. I got cheesecake ice cream with strawberries and graham crackers. The bowl wasn't full and as you can see it was seriously lacking the mix-ins. I had a total of 3 full strawberries (not even chopped) and I'm not even sure there were graham crackers. :,(

• 3/30/26the OREO® Overload Peanut Butter Cup Perfection® were wonderful but the 2createyour own i said, no mix in that means no mix in.They had chocolate syrup which is a no no for allergy reasons. you must listen to the customer.

• 7/14/25I’m really disappointed with the service I received at Cold Stone. I ordered Cookie Doughn’t You Want Some® and was given what tasted like apple pie ice cream. I also asked for Cake Batter and instead got plain vanilla. Neither flavor was what I requested, and the order wasn’t fulfilled correctly. For the price, I expected better accuracy and attention to detail.
