Grease all over the inside and outside of the bag, and on the items in the bag. What a mess. All it takes is a little more care for your customers. 9 Piece- Chicken Stars™Natural-Cut French FriesCharbroiled Chicken Club™ Sandwich and Fried Zucchini and it was 53.18, and I got grease all over for free. It's like the dumped the fries and zucchini right from the basket into the containers and into the bag, and let the oil drain off in the bag.

The burger was very dry and barely any meat on the burger. Also there was only a little bit of sauce. Lastly the fries were cold. Completely disappointed

I ask for extra bbq sauce on the double western bacon often and they always hook it up! Appreciate you all love the burgers!

I very rarely order Carls Jr, as it so very expensive. When I do order it, it's because I like the fried zucchini, which it appears is no longer on the menu. So I ordered the Waffle Fries. It should be embarrassing to put an order of Waffle Fries, like I received, in a bag and sent it off to me. Not only were they cold, but they also were like rubber. It's shameful to charge $27.96 for a Charbroiled Chicken Club™ Sandwich, and rubber Waffle Fries. If Carls Jr is going to charge the prices they do, the food should be amazing, HOT, and fresh! It was not either of those, and if the people who work there don't care enough to send out hot fresh food, they should all be fired, and hire those who do care. How would they feel to get food that's neither hot nor fresh served to them? Do better!! Carls Jr has been in Morgan Hill since I was in High School. Serving a community for over 40 years, you would think they would be more proud to serve the community for this long.

Husband loves bacon western cheese burger and my onion rings are whole onions --not minced. Yummy and so good!
