Ice cream sundaes were great. Scooped over cream requested was cherry vanilla. Medium size. There was literally a half a cherry and there were chunks of ice which left a freezer-burned taste. Whipped cream had hard chunky bits, also tasted like freezer burn .

My order was incorrect. Very stingy on toppings after paying $9 for a med soft serve with one topping. Colonia Carvel is so much better.

they didn't give me whip cream, the cup is only filled with condiments halfway, and the cup itself came smashed at the top and I know my dasher didn't open it because it was stapled perfectly still.

Looks like Carvel decided to make their medium shakes in a smaller cup and still charge the same price. Guess that seems to be the new thing across the board for restaurants that still use Door Dash. Less product for the same or an increased price.

the Shakes I got wasn't thick at all was mostly like chocolate milk not thick at all even with putting it in the freezer for a little while it still wasnt thick then while siping it a piece of pineapple has gotten mixed in the Shake just want good at all the Banana Barge I gotten also want bad
