my new favorite chinese place in town. delicious fried rice, and they have coca cola! I have enjoyed every dish I've tried here.

I have reviewed prior, this location is incredible. Always  fresh from the Shrimp to the veggies. The prep is perfect , never oily and just pure flavors shine through. I beg you to try the shrimp toast. Best I've had since Chicago Chinatown.

Every time I order from this location, the food is hot fresh and perfectly prepared without any greasy taste or feel. This is the only Chang Jiang that creates that crunchy decadent shrimp toast which is such a crispy seafood explosion. Plus the best egg rolls. They never skimp. You can taste the dedication to their food.

Chicken was dry and stringy, same with the shrimp. You do get a healthy portion but not $40 worth for just generals chicken, house fried rice and hot n sour soup.

This Chang Jiang is the top tier one in Madison no other location is as great as this one we will drive past 3 others just to go to this one. Always fast always delicious and always fresh!
