This was our first time ever trying Chapps and I'm glad we finally did. The The Works were yummy and definitely enough for sharing. The Philly Cheesesteak had the perfect ratio of grilled onions and deliciously sautéed mushrooms and the Bacon Cheeseburger was huge! The lettuce and tomato were fresh and the cheese was perfectly melted.

This is by far the best Hamburger I've had in Dallas. If you've never had grilled pineapples on a burger, please try it at Chapps. You will not be disappointed. I am now a loyal Chapps customer. 10 out of 10

the The Knockout Burger was cooked just right, love the egg on it. only problem was they accept info on the site so I asked please no lettuce. they added it so I had to scrape the sauce off the bottom bun and the burger tasted like old lettuce. that was disappointing. the Sweet Potato Fries were still hot when they arrived.

there isn't an option to add ranch anywhere (or i just missed it) so i put it in notes - just hoping they would see it and they did !!
MOST places just ignore notes and it's so annoying. i love chapps and you can always be sure that they are paying attention to your order! it was also DELICIOUS
