I've ordered from here many times. Unfortunately this will be my last and here's why.

PHILLY CHEESESTEAK hardly no meat and very dry.
4 small MOZZARELLA STICKS for over $6.00
I got the bottom of the barrel FRENCH FRIES, hard and crunchy small pieces. 
Advertising Dasani bottle water for$2.59 and I received a bottle of Sam's Club members mark water which I can buy a 40 pack for$3.98.  Charlie's food use to be really good until now and I'm sad 😔

The sandwiches are incredibly delicious and they always taste fresh! The meat is very tasty and does not taste too salty like meat from other restaurants do sometimes. I highly recommend this restaurant!

Wasn't the best food. Pretty tasteless. The sandwiches lacked any flavor and moisture. SMALL CHICKEN CALIFORNIA meat was hard and chewy. CHEESE FRIES would be better if the cheese was served on the side and the fries would be more crisp when being delivered. They were soggy and cool by the time delivered. I'll give them another try, but wasn't the best.

everything was soggy and cold even though the order arrived extremely fast. for the sandwiches to have seasoning on them it only tasted like air and opportunity. and even in the customizations you can't say that you want extra seasoning. I'm not sure what's going on here,this location has been lackluster on more than just this order.
