The company's origins can be traced back to 1952, when w.o. giles began frying doughnuts and eventually chicken with his patented fryers in Montgomery, Alabama. His equipment inventions paved the road…
Chicken and biscuit was on point. However, the mashed potatoes was more of a watery soup with no mashed potato texture at all. Very disappointed that item was not edible to be eaten and had to throw down the sink.

1st, it was not what I ordered. I wanted the bone-in 4 pc and got 8 pc including spicy, regular and chicken fingers. I don't do spicy and nowhere did it say they were spicy plus the regular pieces (2) were hard and overcooked. Half of the Biscuit was so hard it was inedible. Will never order from this restaurant again.

chicken and potatoes tasted like they were old and out of a warmer...food was also way too spicy for my kids.

The chicken was so dry or the 12 piece and I guess they ran out of chicken so they gave me 3 chicken strips, everything was so dry.
