• 9/16/25Oh my god it was so freaking good! :) I always get confused on which salads are which but I got the sassy chicken salad with cheese and bacon. Chef's kiss. Would definitely order it again. So fresh and the portions were perfect! Plus, the red velvet cake was excellent!

• 1/15/26I have ordered this same meal multiple times. Loved them. My favorite. Very disappointed this time; the $20 quart of thin, watery soup had very few potatoes. Included less than a third of usual bacon and cheese toppings and no crackers. Sandwich and grape salad were as wonderful as always. I WILL order again; I think this was an outlier. New employee? Soup has been great on all earlier orders.

• 1/3/26Chicken Salad Chick has become my favorite Door Dash order. I have the chicken salad with cranberries in it on a croissant. Add a quart of loaded creamy potato soup. It's expensive for a quart; most would prefer a cup or bowl. I eat half the soup with half of the sandwich one day and the rest another day real soon. My side is a scrumptious grape salad: seedless red and green grapes coated in what I think is marshmallow crème with optional crushed pecans and/or cinnamon. I've probably had this more than 6 times and it never disappoints!

• 2/12/26The chicken salad was dry as crap. No flavor either this time which was weird. Disappointed because we always order chicken salad chick and never have problems or food quality issues. Probably won't order again for a while honestly. Tasted like it wasn't fresh.

• 1/28/26Soups were very very thin, and tasteless. Also I always get this soup but this time there was barely any cheese or bacon on the side. This soup needed all the help it could get . Not good this time.
