The chips were really stale, also bought the extra chips and queso ($10) in addition to the sides of chips and guac ($6) and it was exactly the same size as the side orders? Why the extra $4? Seemed like a bit of a rip off.

10 out of 10. No notes. The Build-Your-Own Chipotle fed my hungry family of six with leftovers! So flavorful and fresh! The deal on Doordash for a free Burrito Bowl after spending $25 made it even better. I will definitely order this again, soon!

The food is good don't get me wrong but nobody wants to pay 5.50 for queso and chips and it be twice as small compared to me ordering it 2 weeks ago at the same price . Not cool to just cut the amount in half for the same price .

I love Chipotle and I've order off this restaurant several times and never had a bad experience until today. I order a steak burritos and what I got was nothing but lots of white rice and only two pieces of steak and I think this is unacceptable. I've order the same thing before and everything went great until today. I don't think this is fair.

Missing Queso for the 2 orders of Chips & Queso Blanco. Got the large Queso for the Large Chips & Large Queso Blanco , but the 2 small chips and the 1 large chip bags contained the same amount of chips. I don't understand how a large order and a small order would look the same. Other than that, the food was real good. I would order again, but would urge Chipotle Mexican Grill to improve on their preparation of orders. Large should be bigger than the small or regular size and if it's 3 orders of chips and Queso...then give 3 Queso.
