OK, I’ve probably been eating at chipotle for 25 years.
The food is very reliable, healthy, and tasty
I don’t understand all of the mixed reviews, but my experience has been very positive.

The Burrito Bowl is great! However the Chips & Queso Blanco I paid about $6 for is so tiny I can't believe they even bothered to send any. Biggest rip off yet.

Portions were great, got a huge burrito bowl, but the ingredients had no correlation to my order. I think they probably labeled it wrong after prepping. I love the food here and will eat pretty much anything on the menu, so this was OK, but this is 100% not what I ordered. Normally I would just shrug this off but I paid extra for guac and definitely didn't get any. Probably won't be ordering this again from door dash or any other app. Better to be there in person so you can see for yourself that they're making it right

Not impressed. Our quesadilla was hard and overcooked and our two salads had NO salad in them at all. Just toppings. Super disappointing when you spend $80 on gas station quality food. We won't be ordering from chipotle anymore.

No salt, lime, or cilantro in the rice and it was clumpy. The chicken wasn't seasoned either
