We ordered their "Dubai Strawberry Cup" a while back and it was great. Flavor was excellent, good mixture of chocolate, pistachio cream, and kanafeh, and *lots* of that mixture.
There were zero (or nearly zero) empty pockets in between the strawberries.
The strawberries + topping reached above the lip of the cup, well into the space available in the snap-on lid.
We would eat it over 2 days, which was appropriate considering that it cost $20 for the larger 16 ounce size (before taxes and fees).
Each of the successive times we've ordered it, the amount of total product has decreased (strawberries plus chocolate/cream mixture), and this most recent one was basically strawberries and air pockets, with a drizzle of chocolate with an even tinier bit of pistachio cream and kanafeh. And the cup was filled to below the rim.
Clearly this review is mainly about value, since there's been less in the cup... but also it's not really a "Dubai Cup" unless the chocolate-pistachio-kanafeh-strawberry ratio is "correct."
We're overpaying for a trend. We know and accept that, but we should at least get our money's worth, and (for us anyway) should get our two full servings out of it.
We're not going to order this again.
If it had been a one time miss that would be one thing, but it's been a steady progression of dissatisfaction.
Not worth it. We'll try from someplace else.

Omgggggg that was the best mini Dubai chocolate strawberry pancakes I have ever had!!!!! That was so delicious and satisfying the flavors were amazing...
the Cream Puffs were also soooo good I can't even begin to describe

Not real whipped cream, poor quality fake chocolate. And overall very disappointing cup of strawberries for 13$. Would not order again

Hot garbage, tiny chocolate bar and yu sell this bs fresas con crema fo 14.20$ ? its literally just a few strawberries and cheap tiniest amount of ehip cream, thats not even real fress con crema why name that? disgraceful and expensive
