• 5/11/26I kept trying to give this place a chance, but they really just can't get it together at the Pleasanton location. Soggy chicken strips, half a cup of white gravy when I paid extra for it and didn't receive my coleslaw (paid extra for that too). It's always something with this place. Always a waste of money. I give up. Hire better employees. Never ordering again.

• 8/11/23Food was really good, especially the biscuits. However, we ordered the 6pc mixed chicken with french fries & coleslaw, and the 5pc tenders with french fries & coleslaw. Well we never rec'd the coleslaw. ???
