Chicken strips were hard on ends, could only eat centers. Fries ice cold & undercooked, Mac & cheese has no taste at all...waste of money

The chicken tasted as if it was old and had b sitting under the ligh for a while !! We as customers pay a lot for food and it's not asking for to much to demand fresh food!!

I haven't had Churches in years so I was excited. I got chicken tenders and I ordered creamy jalapeño sauce. I love the sauce so much that it is why i ordered churches. They sent me nasty honey barbecue and I cannot have sugar. The chicken was cold. No straw for my drink. I know it's petty but I expect what I ordered for these premium prices.
