• 2/5/24If you like the combination of spicy breaded chicken and sour pickles in a way that neither flavor overwhelms the other, you need to try their new Nashville Hot N Spicy Chicken Pizza ! It's a perfect combo of cheese, chicken, pickle, and bread, with that added marinara sauce that compliments it well. Everything was delicious including the Cinnamon Rolls and regular pepperoni pizza but that really takes the pie!

• 9/7/24Cinnamon Rolls Ultimate Pepperoni Alfredo
All of my items were fresh, tamper sealed, and hot! However, the items were salty, Cinnamon Rolls were without icing (it cane on the side). Alfredo was extremely salty, and had a clump of tomato sauce randomly on the pizza. And the deep dish looked like a McDonald's version of a Chicago style pizza. We payed $50 for all this food that is not good. We are so disappointed because we had not eaten here in years and wanted to give it another try. The taste of the food is just not to our standards, but the delivery, freshness, and temperature were all good.

• 11/1/24Cinnamon Rolls - Not sure if it's because they're being delivered but these tasted sour. I also hate how they put the frosting on the side- I have ordered from other CiCis in other places and they never did that. The cup isn't even enough to frost half of the Cinnamon Rolls.

• 4/2/26Very disappointed with our order. Cities usually has good pizza, but this time allof our pizzas seemed undercooked or something wrong with the dough. The Flatbread pizzas were chewy instead of crispy. The Apple Dessert pizza was soggy.

• 3/1/26The Alfredo and Cheese Sticks were great! But I'm disappointed with the Fudge Brownies because they usually come with the powder on top and mine didn't. It was what I was looking forward to the most :/. I also believe that every order that is Doordashed/Uber Eats should have a tape over their order to protect the food from the Dashers.
