When I worked at the bank downtown this was one of my fav spots to grab lunch from!!! The beef flautas are crunchy but not dry, the beans have FLAVORRRR, and the rice literally just makes a perfect bite. Their FREAKING CHIPS?!? God tier pretty sure theyre made in house and I always add a bag+ red salsa for every visit. Plus they're really nice! Omg I got myself hype I'm making a trip today

Very impressed! Not your average quick lunch.... fresh ingredients, great flavors, good quality and I find the prices are comparable or lower than many out there. Highly recommended. A new favorite.

Cocina Ademex is now our go to for Mexican food. I always get Mauro's Special which is an enormous burrito with the best shredded beef I have had ina long time. The tortillas are homemade. The guacamole was fresh and homemade. The food was nice and hot even with delivery. I must say my experience is limited because I always keep going back to the same thing but that just means it's good. If you are near downtown Phoenix give Cocina Ademex a try. You won't be disappointed

no description really but fried burrito with onions, peppers, and I think little potato chunks maybe not anymore... chips, 2 sides... always fresh and decent size plate .. my go to will be ordering from here again!Cheese Quesadilla yummy!!

The food was really good. The tomales were the star out of everything, really Loved the Red Sauce, it wasn't spicy though, but it had a great flavor and the chips were homemade .
