• 5/7/23I didn't get my extra add on a waffle sprinkle bowl, and I believe I ordered a bigger size than I got, I order from here all the time and there's never been anything missing and always on time and absolutely perfect, but maybe due to it closing around the time of my order it got lost along the way, I was a little sad, had the taste of the crispy but soft waffle on the buds but I am not complaining just wanted to let 'em know mistakes happen and I'm always a happy customer!!! Best ice cream around I'll absolutely order another round!

• 1/8/26there always really good and very kind. but theese past few times I've ordered, there has been missing items. I've been excited to try the red waffle bowl but everytime I order it, it seems to be missing with no refund? I understand being out of something but id really like it if they had the dasher reach out or refunded the item.

• 10/3/23Ice cream is delicious but my wives order was incorrect and the Founder's Favorite® Pre-packed Quart had ice cream on the outside of the containers.
