Lobster roll was horrible mostly dry bread.  I believe the restaurant is being cheap and filling the sandwich with lobster and shrimp! More than half of the bread wasn't even cut open so more meat could be put in.  Actually Texas toast, whole thing was a blob of bread.  Actually Texas Toast.

Our monster burgers are made with 100% all natural beef, free of steroids or growth hormones. Our beef is ground in house daily, to ensure quality and freshness. Our signature patties are 8 oz and are a blend of 3 cuts of beef (Chuck, short-rib and brisket) and are cooked to a medium temperature of 155 degrees. All our burgers are served on fresh baked artisan buns and come with a side of fresh house potato chips (or artisanal mixed greens and veggies tossed in a house vinaigrette).
