LUMBERJACK SLAM was very good. Quite impressed how it was packaged to prevent sogginess and keep everything hot. Bacon strips on the small size, sausage has a unique but nice flavour. Pancakes large, fluffy and tasty. Eggs done as requested. Toast buttered. Good slice of ham. Hash browns could have been cooked more but that's just a personal preference. I'm pleasantly stuffed lol Syrup, butter tubs and ketchup included.

For some reason my order came from the downtown Douglas Street location, rather than the Sooke Road one, just up the street from me, and has always come from there.  I ordered the omelette and tasters platter. The food was almost cold.  The toast was over toasted, almost black, thin slice, and came with no peanutbutter and jams, like the Sooke Rd location does.  The omelette and hash browns were squished into a container that was too small.  Sooke Rd puts the same meal in a large container.  The omelette was very greasy, and had no cheese.  The tasters platter had only 2 wings and everything was thrown in the container and looked like it was shook up.  I was really looking forward to the meal that I have ordered from the Sooke Rd location.  I feel ripped off, and if Door Dash sends me food from that location again, I will send it back and want to know why they didn't pick the location that is just up the road.  I am not happy at all.  What a waste of money!!

the hash browns were somehow both burnt & undercooked, everything was cold, the portions were half the size they had been before ESPECIALLY the eggs. Overall, would not order again if this is going to be the new normal for them. BUILD YOUR OWN JR GRAND SLAM®

BUILD YOUR OWN GRAND SLAM we had amazing taste and was very filling. seemed quite fresh. would order this again.looking forward t9 the LOADED VEGGIE OMELETTE that I grabbed for lunch.

SIRLOIN STEAK portions are small. definitely not worth $30. ZESTY NACHOS  doesn't come with sour cream anymore.
