Everything was fine except for the dinner roll. I know it's a minor problem but it was a parbake roll that was nuked. FYI I'm a retired professional baker so I absolutely know what I'm talking about! Everything else was on point

Brisket was fall apart tender, flavored well to where you don't need the sauce if you don't want. Some places you have to eat the sauce to give flavor to the meat. This Brisket is flavored good. Portion is more than enough, but then again it is just me, so it'll take a couple of days to eat, maybe. Yes I would order again.

3 Meat Plate . The brisket was dry and some pieces were like jerkey. They gave me one rib and one end piece that was dry as well. The sausage was flavorful and smoked to perfection. I got the fried okra that was soggy. I'm hoping it was just a bad day. I've never had a meal this bad when dining in store.

I'm so sad; I love this chain. But today the ribs were as hard as rubber, the texas toast was plain white bread, the bbq beans were just salty watery beans, the bbq sauce was missing and the potato salad portion was tiny and didn't even fill the tiny container it came in.

Portion size is unbelievable small. I received two pieces of sausage, the toast seemed like it was just toasted white bread and was cold, and lastly, the Mac and cheese tasted like frozen Mac and cheese. Will not be going back.
