The cookies are so good and soft. The reverse is a favorite of ours! Quick and efficient! Such a good treat!

A little inconsistent so far, though we've only ordered twice. First time it was like grandma's cookies perfectly baked on the outside, with delicious soft filling on the inside. Second time everything was soft and tasted underdone which was a little unappetizing, but we ate them anyway since we paid $5/cookie. Will definitely try again and hopefully we'll count that as an off night. To be fair, they give heating instructions and we could probably have gotten them up to par. That first batch just set the bar high. It's a great concept and far superior to Crumbl in my opinion due to the fillings. When executed properly it's tough to beat.

These cookies are very sweet, thick, and yummy. But I only prefer to buy the 4 pack and they remove that option sometimes. Preventing me from ordering, because a 6 pack of cookies for $29 is just pushing it a little.
