They make this Iced Americano sooo excellent than anywhere else.  Very fresh, and quickly delivered and wrapped very safely because I ordered 6 of these so they do not spill during delivery. Well Done. I’d give 10 stars if available. Thank you sooo very sweetly.  My Utmost Thanks and Sincerest Gratefulness.  Drivers are sooo conscientious too about delivering these safely without any spills and they are all sooo very kind  and hand them to you safely to make sure you don’t drop them when passing them to you. Excellent beyond duty ! A Million and One Thanks once again.

Hash Browns were cooked until crunchy hard, and frosted donut was put in the same bag as a hot sandwich, and the frosting melted and stuck to the bag. Second delivery in a row where this happened.

all food was cold. Egg and sausage on sourdough was disgusting. I had 4 hashbrowns in my bag. My Cold Brew was also disgusting.  And why put everything in a sealed bag except one coffee? Also no straws! I even called the store right after placing my order to add whipped cream to the coffees and the guy was rude but said he'd add it. He didn't. There was no option or I would've added it myself. If I could put zero stars I would!! Every single thing was GROSS!

I've ordered the same thing several times, and they always put the donut and the sandwich in separate bags. This time, they put them together, and the heat from the sandwich melted the frosting on the donut so it was all over the inside of the bag, AND the donut was smushed.

They still can't get an order right!  I order a VANILLA CRÈME donut each time. Last time I got a chocolate crème which was EXCESSIVELY sweet and gross. This time I received a custard crème. Does Dunkin  NOT KNOW WHAT A VANILLA CREME DONUT IS FROM THEIR MENU?!!!!!!!
I ordered a medium hot chocolate and the cup was barely 3/4's full. So, I paid medium size  price for a small hot chocolate. WHAT A RIP OFF!!!!!
